inLeague was designed for AYSO with input from AYSO volunteers. Registrars, game schedulers, referee administrators, and CVPAs all contribute to the design and development for inLeague just as they have since 2003.

Automatic integration with eAYSO. The first and only* on-line system to synchronize player registration with eAYSO. We have already built in support to synchronize volunteer records, game schedules, and training certification in the event that eAYSO supports those features!

Core AYSO registration and rosters. inLeague collects all of the data on the official AYSO registration form and all required waivers with eSignature support (including the CDC Concussion Awareness notification).

Customize your league. Define your own volunteer roles or add text input, drop-down menu, or radio button questions to your registration form. Add custom fields to volunteer or player records.

Fine-tune your registration fees with early-bird discounts, fee levels by division, post-registration tournament or travel fees, or returning player discounts.

Use your own credit card processor. Unlike some service providers, inLeague does not take a percentage of your credit card transactions. inLeague supports any merchant service provider that uses either Authorize.net or FirstData's E4 payment gateway. You are also welcome to use our recommended merchant services company and take advantage of group rates negotiated on behalf of all our AYSO leagues as well as having inLeague handle PCI compliance on your behalf - all at no additional charge.

Volunteer recruiting and incentives. Assign volunteer points to referees, coaches, or other region staff for participation. Referees may automatically earn credits for completed assignments.

VIP, Tournament, and Travel programs. inLeague supports a VIP division with its own registration fee (or none at all) as well as competitive play in tournament, travel, or Area/Sectional competitions.

Share data with other inLeague regions.If your region plays with other AYSO leagues that use inLeague, you may share rosters and game schedules without double-entering data.
